Kath offers a combination of Swedish and Remedial Massage techniques, including gentle mobilisations and sumptuous stretches.
Kath passionately believes that we are so much more than the sum of our parts, and her practice aims to address the whole person. Each treatment is tailored to suit the individual’s needs.
The catalyst to her practice was the passing of her mum, six years ago, when she started using her hands to provide blissful, therapeutic support to those she loves.
When not seeing clients, Kath loves gardening and keeps bees!
