Francesca began her journey in bodywork 10 years ago when she trained in holistic massage and practised at Nevai Spa in Switzerland, and has since studied Sports and Soft Tissue Therapy at the London School of Sports Massage.
Francesca gives an intelligent massage, assessing posture and lifestyle to tailor the treatment to her clients’ needs.
She has worked with a variety of marathon runners, iron man athletes, providing maintenance treatments with remedial support as well as pre and post-event support.
As a mother of two, Francesca has an empathic sensitivity to working with women during pregnancy and particularly in post-birth recovery, to offer some nurturing during this life-changing time.
Francesca is a member of the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage (ISRM).
