Massage

Alice trained in Therapeutic Swedish and Remedial Massage, and Myofascial Release Technique. She works slowly and thoroughly  using whichever approach seems most appropriate. Alice also offers Pregnancy Massage.

With a background in the Arts and Heritage before re-training in massage, and then having two children, Alice has a particular interest in how we use our bodies in our creative practices, and how we move through each day, as individuals and as members of our wider communities.

Massage is a wonderful way to give ourselves the opportunity to reconnect with our inherent resource, work with our health and emotional challenges, and simply enjoy the space to relax and rejuvenate.
