Hellie qualified as an Osteopath from Plymouth Marjon university in 2024, with a Masters degree in Osteopathic medicine. She has a strong enthusiasm for being outdoors - whether hiking, climbing or horse riding on the moors - and a particular interest in movement longevity. Believing that movement is medicine, she is passionate about supporting people of all ages in improving and maintaining their mobility. This commitment is reflected throughout her care, working with adults from all walks of life.

Hellie has experience working with a wide range of people, from desk workers to athletes, and she takes time to understand each person as an individual. By getting to know each individual’s presentation, history, and lifestyle, she tailors her treatments to suit their specific needs and goals. Her approach is gentle, supportive and holistic, blending classical osteopathy with exercise rehabilitation.

Hellie is registered with the General Osteopathic Council, and is also a member of the Institute of Osteopathy.
